About the Lab

Readiness is built, not declared.

Readiness Intelligence Lab exists because too many ventures are evaluated on how well they present rather than on what they have actually learned. The Lab builds the methodology, programs, and community that close that gap.

The readiness thesis

Ventures don’t usually fail from a lack of effort. They fail from acting confidently on assumptions nobody ever tested.

Readiness is the ability to make the next decision with evidence. It can be learned, practiced, and observed—which is why RIL operates as a Lab rather than a course.

How we work

Build the method. Test it with founders. Learn what changes behavior. Refine it. Run it again.

RIL develops readiness methods in the field, learns from how founders actually respond, and continuously improves the programs it delivers.

Who we serve

Two audiences, one practice.

Founders doing the work, and the organizations responsible for helping them do it well.

Founders + business teams

From an early idea or technical innovation to an operating business ready to evolve, expand, or pursue a new opportunity—teams making decisions grounded in the market.

Organizations that support founders

Accelerators, BSOs, universities, and other organizations building stronger founder-development outcomes.

Our architecture

Two distinct organizations. Each has its own job.
